We include within the price of the purchase:
- Delivery within 200 miles of either of our offices.
- Blocking and leveling, hooking up of the water and sewer, and heat-taping and insulating the water lines, depending on local ordinances.
- Full warranty package, which guarantees the range, refrigerator, water heater, furnace, plumbing system, and the roof to function properly for 60 to 90 days, depending on which unit is purchased.
Fully Restored mobile homes are available at prices ranging from $7,995 to $29,995. Semi-restored and as-is units are also available at lower prices. We carry a wide variety of sizes and every unit is metal-sided with a one-piece metal roof and wood paneling. No one else does it like we do.
